I would really recommend Ruth if you need a physio. I'd been struggling with a hip flexor issue for a few weeks, came to Ruth and got an accurate diagnosis pretty instantly. We then went through some effective manipulation, testing and exercises, and after it settled down over the next day it basically felt back to normal - so much so I could get back to normal activity within a day or two. Huge thankyou to Ruth, would 100% recommend. Callum Taggart
